العوامل المؤثرة علي خفض تکلفة المنتجات الجديدة "دراسة ميدانية"

ملخص الدراسة
تناولت هذه الدراسة مشکلة خفض تکلفة المنتجات کأحد الاستراتيجيات التنافسية البديلة التي تتبناها الشرکات الناجحة في الآونة الأخيرة للوصول الي رضا العميل. و أوضحت الدراسة أن الشرکات تستخدم أساليب مختلفة لخفض تکلفة المنتجات سواء في مرحلة التطوير والابتکار أو في مرحلة التصنيع أو ما بعد البيع خلال دورة حياة المنتج. و قد تناولت الدراسات السابقة مشکلة خفض تکلفة المنتجات الجديدة من خلال استخدام المنهج التجريبي
 ( علي سبيل المثال  Blanchard, 1978andDan and Patricia, 2011)، بينما استخدمت الدراسة الحالية منهج المسح لدراسة أثر بعض العوامل علي خفض تکلفة المنتجات، حيث تم اختبار الفروض الاحصائية علي عينة من الشرکات البحرينية، و قد توصلت الدراسة الي أن هناک علاقة قوية بين تلک العوامل التي تم اختبارها و بين تحقيق أهداف خفض التکلفة و تحسين المرکز التنافسي للشرکات.
